Health Center Services

Primary Care and Prevention
Primary care includes regular physicals, sick visits and health education. Immunizations and school physicals are available for children. As needed, we will refer you for lab or other diagnostic tests, or the services of a specialist.

We believe that preventing illness is easier than curing it, so we emphasize good nutrition, exercise and regular check-ups to promote good health. Based on your age and family history, we’ll make suggestions about healthy lifestyle choices and screening tests and procedures.

For our patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cancer, asthma, and heart disease, we provided monitoring, education and support to help you manage your disease.

If you need medications but cannot afford them, we can help you apply for prescription assistance programs.

Mental Health Care
We take care of your mental and emotional needs as well as your medical care. Most people experience periods of stress, caused by family issues, loss or financial difficulties, at one time or another. We have counselors and social workers who are trained to help you deal with a variety of short and long-term issues you may be facing.

Dental Care
Oral health is closely linked to overall good health. Our dental clinic provides regular exams and cleanings; fillings, crowns and dentures; and extractions, root canals and periodontal care. We offer the highly effective sealants to prevent tooth decay in children.
